Welcome to Calmiro (“the App”). Calmiro is an AI-powered wellness and support tool designed to help users with mood tracking, breathing exercises, and general emotional well-being. By downloading, accessing, or using Calmiro, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Calmiro.
If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Not a Substitute for Professional Help

​

Calmiro provides AI-generated emotional support, but it is NOT a replacement for:

  • Licensed therapy

  • Mental health diagnosis

  • Medical advice

  • Emergency services

If you are in danger, feeling unsafe, or experiencing a crisis, contact your local emergency services or crisis hotline immediately.

3. Use of the App

​

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the App

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the software

  • Use the app for harmful, illegal, or abusive activities

  • Submit content that is hateful, violent, or unlawful

We reserve the right to terminate access to users who violate these conditions.

4. User Accounts

Certain features (future versions) may require:

  • Sign in with Apple

  • Sign in with Google

  • Email account creation

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

5. AI Interactions

​

Calmiro uses AI to generate responses.
You understand that:

  • AI responses may not always be accurate

  • Content may occasionally be incomplete or incorrect

  • You use the information at your own discretion

We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any AI-generated content.

6. Payments (Future Feature)

​

Some features may become paid in the future.
If payments or subscriptions are added:

  • Prices will be clearly displayed

  • Subscriptions will auto-renew unless cancelled

  • Refunds follow App Store policies

  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions via your Apple ID settings

By using Calmiro, you agree that your data may be processed in accordance with that policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content in Calmiro, including:

  • Logo

  • Branding

  • UX/UI

  • Code

  • App name “Calmiro”

is owned by us or licensed to us.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the app without permission.

9. Availability & Updates

​

We may:

  • Update the App

  • Add/remove/modify features

  • Temporarily or permanently discontinue portions of the app

We are not liable for downtime or interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

​

You agree that we are not responsible for:

  • Any damages, losses, or harm from using the app

  • Decisions or actions taken based on AI responses

  • Technical issues, bugs, or service interruptions

You use Calmiro at your own risk.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Calmiro at any time for violations of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, unless required otherwise by local regulations.
