These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Watchly mobile application (“the App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Watchly is designed to help users identify watches and provide related information.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.
You must not misuse the App, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.

2. Accounts and Data

Some features may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
Any images you upload for scanning may be processed by our AI systems. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process the content for identification purposes.

3. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, designs, and content in the App are owned by Watchly or licensed to us.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without our prior written consent.

4. Information Accuracy

Watchly uses AI to provide watch details such as brand, model, retail price, market value, and history.
While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all results are correct, complete, or up-to-date.
The information provided is for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional or financial advice.

5. Limitation of Liability

Watchly is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from use of the App, including reliance on watch information provided.
Your use of the App is at your own risk.

6. Subscription and Payments (if applicable)

If Watchly offers paid features or subscriptions in the future, those will be subject to additional terms shown at the time of purchase.
Payments will be processed securely through the App Store.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

8. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be effective when posted within the App or on our website.
Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom (or insert your country if different).
Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
